| Cancellation Policy |
Journeys or a representative thereof will be the only party authorized to reschedule or cancel a
trip, tour or charter. Regardless of the weather or circumstances, adventurers and participants
are required to show up at the determined pick-up point unless notified by Journeys of SGI or
If participants do not show for a scheduled trip or cancel a scheduled trip within 48 hours of
agreed upon time and date, the entire amount of the trip will be forfeited.
If inclement weather, Journeys of SGI will reschedule trip for the same week or do a similar trip
in an area unaffected by the wind or weather. Journeys of SGI will call the adventurer one half
hour prior to the trip time to cancel if inclement weather does not permit the trip or tour.
Any trip cancelled within 2 weeks of scheduled trip date will be charged a $100.00 cancellation
fee.
All participants must agree to the above terms and conditions and follow all safety rules and
regulations while on a charter and not hold Journeys of SGI or its Captains liable for negligence
on the part of any adventurer or participant.
