Our guided powerboat tours offer the chance to explore the endless hidden treasures that are tucked
away in the barrier islands and deserted beaches of this natural terrain. A great way to see the bay!

2-HOUR ADVENTURES

SUNSET CRUISE [6 person maximum]
This is a perfect tour to enjoy a sunset cruise. The Apalachicola Bay provides a gorgeous backdrop for a
setting sun. Your captain will hog fresh oysters for your party, right out of the bay! Enjoy them with
crackers and hot sauce.

DOLPHIN TOUR [6 person maximum]
Meet your captain at our dock on St. George and head out to play with the dolphin! Watch the dolphin
frolic in the waves created by the Journeys powerboats and learn some interesting facts along the way.
This is also an awesome sight seeing tour. Watch for Bald eagles, Osprey, Herons as well as jumping fish.

SHELLING [6 person maximum]
Hop on one of Journeys powerboats and tour some of the surrounding islands where you will comb the
beaches at different locations for shells and other treasures that you will cherish forever.

HISTORICAL [6 person maximum]
Your guide will dock at the Marshall dock on Little St. George Island, and then your party will hike across
the island to the original location of the St. George lighthouse. Enjoy some shelling on the pretty white
beaches and learn the colorful history of the area.

BIRDING [6 person maximum]
This is a great photo excursion! Your captain will take you on a tour of the local hangouts in the area. Snap
some pictures of Ospreys, Brown Pelicans, Herons, the American oystercatcher -- and quite possibly the

This unique trip offers a combination of shelling on a deserted island before crossing the beautiful estuary

Allow our team of experienced guides to lead you on a unique kayak adventure that is educational and
exciting -- and full of surprises! Every tour is different and each trip offers a one-of-a-kind journey through

KAYAK FISHING   [Easy]
During this 3-hour paddle you will learn to fish from one of our equipped fishing kayaks. Your guide will

Mackerel, while you learn to make leaders and tie them on. Journeys can make you a kayak fishing fan!

BLACKWATER TRIP [Easy]
Kayak up a slow moving creek in the Apalachicola River system. Good for beginners, no experience
necessary. These creeks offer many viewing opportunities, such as Alligators, Turtles, Cypress Tress and
the famous Tupelo Tree. Learn the history of the area and enjoy the beauty and serenity that the
Apalachicola River has to offer its paddling visitors.

Put the kayaks in on lovely St. George Island and paddle over to beautiful Nicks Hole. Investigate the

ST VINCENT LAKES TRIP [Moderate]
We’ll load kayaks onto a powerboat and zip over to St. Vincent Island. Kayak through the outlet channel at
the bay and take a leisurely 2 – 3 hour paddle through the 4 interior freshwater lakes. Sandbar Deer, Wild
Pigs, Eagles and White Tail Deer are just a few of the natural inhabitants you may see. Beautiful waterfowl
greet you at every bend. Lunch, snacks and drinks are included.

ST JOSEPH BAY TRIP [Moderate]
An hour to the west of St. George Island is St. Joseph Bay. Snorkeling and kayaking in these clear waters is
a great time for the whole family. While there you are able to see an abundances of marine life, Sea
Urchins, Crabs, Fish, Conchs, Rays, and more. Enjoy a picnic on the white sands of St. Joseph Bay.

WAKULLA RIVER TRIP [Easy]
Be amazed by the pristine habitat of the crystal clear waters on the Wakulla River. The river is fed from
Wakulla Springs, one of the largest and deepest fresh water springs in the world. View several different
kinds of plants and wildlife, including, Alligators, Egrets, Herons and possibly some endangered species like
the Spider Lily or the West Indian Manatee! You may recognize this as the sight of the original filming of the
1950’s movie “Tarzan”! Lunch, snacks and drinks are included.

Our Kid's Adventures are 2-3 hours and include snacks, drinks and a qualified guide. Sandals with back

Kids hop on the boat for a fun trip to scout for dolphins. The crew will call up the dolphins, learn dolphin

The critter hunters will be given nets, flashlights and buckets to collect minnows, crabs, shrimp and other
marine critters in our pristine estuary. Their competent guide will identify creatures, share facts about them
and release them back into their environment.

BAY FISHING ADVENTURES [4 person maximum]
Your captain is a certified captain and licensed fishing guide. Your guide will fish all the hot spots in the
Apalachicola Bay, the mouths of the river and the Gulf to put you on some of the best fishing in Florida.
Typical catches are speckled trout, red fish, flounder, pompano, triple-tail and mackerel. Licenses, bait,
tackle, water, cleaning and packing fish are all included in the trip price.

DEEP SEA FISHING CHARTER [6 person maximum]
Your captain and fishing guide will run into the Gulf of Mexico between 15 and 55 miles out to various reefs
where the fishing is wonderful. He will put you on grouper, snapper, cobia, amberjack, mackerel, sharks
and many more. Anglers will love to fight the "big one" and enjoy the experience of a lifetime. This trip is

TARPON OR FLY FISHING [2 person maximum]
Your experienced, licensed captain and fishing guide will take you and your fishing partner to the "flats".
These are shallow areas in our bay where most bay boats cannot fish because their boats are a deeper
draft. Many redfish, tarpon and trout will tail and search for bait in these shoals. Your captain will stand on a
platform with a long fiberglass pole and scout for the bragging rights.

KIDS FISHING ADVENTURE [5 kid maximum]
Kids must be 8-15 years old. This is a catch and release trip. Captains will teach kids to bait, hook and catch
shark, catfish, flounder, ladyfish and mackerel. This is a great beginning fishing trip for "kids only", where
they will meet fellow anglers and have a blast on the water while the adults enjoy other kid-free activities!

SHARK FISHING ADVENTURE [4 person maximum]
Enjoy five hours of excitement while shark fishing in the Bay and Gulf with your competent fishing guide.
Our experienced guide will put you on small sharks and you will catch, take pictures, and release these
endangered predators. Fun for the entire family -- complete with great bragging rights (bait, tackle, rods,
reels and water provided). This trip is seasonal.

BOUNTY OF THE BAY TOUR [5 person maximum]
Families will enjoy this wonderful tour and you will come home with a bounty of seafood to cook up for the
delight of family and friends. Our certified fishing captain will help you tong a bushel of oysters, pull in blue
crab traps and throw cast nets to catch the delectable mullet. Recipes will be provided and your children
will learn that this delicious seafood comes from a clean and protected estuary, not just a supermarket.
